The 2nd annual Cornhole tournament is in the books. Thank you to all who attended, and all our sponsors. We were blessed with spectacular weather in late September and it was an amazing day at the lake.

The Kelowna Kinsmen are brining it back bigger and better than ever.
After 2 years of delay due to Covid, we are please to bring back the very popular 2nd Annual Cornhole Tournament to Kelowna's waterfront park. Proudly presented by Spy vs. spy and Sutton Hymark Realty with the assistance of the Kelowna Kinsmen club.
This will be a Cornhole Canada Regional Tournament
$50/person to enter and all entry fees include a $10 annual Cornhole Canada membership (until De. 31/22) to ensure you can play anywhere in Canada and be covered by their group insurance.
We are using the Scoreholio App to run the tournament smoothly and push notifications to all players as to their next play times and on what lanes, etc. This allows everyone to have up-to-date scoring and standings.
This year the event is running as a Switcholio format, meaning different random partners for each game in the round-robin games and final random partners for the remainder of the playoffs. This format allows everyone, and all skill levels to play and have a fun day while still allowing qualifications for Nationals.
In addition, we are hosting a Singles and Double format. You must register to play ions the Switcholio portion of the tournament in order to register for either, or both of these options. The Singles will take place prior to the Switcholio format and the Doubles will take place afterwards.
Pre-registration is required by signing up on the Scorholio app to create a profile. From the App, you can register for the tournament and pay online. Go to this link to register:
Country 100.7 radio will be onsite at Kinsmen Park on Abbott Street (& Wardlaw) from 10-2pm, so come on down and see the action and meet the voices behind the radio.
Food trucks will be onsite to offer tasty and healthy meals throughout the day.
The Kinsmen have other great activities planned for the family and fundraising activities for Cystic Fibrosis. They will also be operating a lakeside, waterfront view beverage garden to keep players and spectators well quenched under the summer sun.
The inaugural Cornhole Tournament was a huge success with perfect summer weather. The daylong family friendly event included food trucks and a waterfront beverage gardens and over 60 teams participating.
Participants are encouraged to dress up in costumes and bring out their co-workers, friends and family to enjoy a fantastic day playing one of the fastest growing sports in Canada.
The Kinsmen are also happy to partner up with the Kelowna Cornhole League that has just launched this spring and summer at the Kelowna Curling Club on Saturday afternoons and fun nights on Wednesday (with Wings too).
